During the Tokyo Game Show, Capcom gave us a look at a new kind of survival horror that plays in the Resident Evil universe, Project Resistance. This asymmetrical online multiplayer game for five people combines co-op gameplay with competitive gameplay and offers players the chance to create their own survival horror experience. Four survivors must work together to escape a treacherous expirement and outsmart the wicked Mastermind behind the scenes.
Capcom is developing Project Resistance in collaboration with NeoBards Entertainment, using its own RE Engine for the high-quality gameplay and remarkable visual quality that we know from games such as Resident Evil 2 and Devil May Cry 5. Resident Evil: Project Resistance is currently under development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox One X, and Steam.
