Fallout fans dissapointed once again, this time with plastic Rum bottles
Game developer Bethesda has been receiving a lot of blowback ever since the release of Fallout 76. The game was advertised as being a triple A game and turned out to be something far from it. There was also some controversy considering the “canvas” bags included in the game’s collectors edition. Although it had been advertised as canvas, it turned out to be a much cheaper material.
Now, Bethesda’s Nuka Cola Dark Rum is receiving some unwanted attention. Silver Screen Bottling Co. was helping Bethesda with the production of Fallout-inspired Nuka Cola Dark Rum. These bottles cost 80 dollars each and are also very cheaply made. Instead of a nice, metal bottle, they were just plain glass with a plastic wrapper. Fans feel deceived as this was never stated in the marketing of the product.
Bethesda can only hope that 2019 will bring the company back in touch with its community.
