EPIC Games has been sued over a Fornite dance once again

After the recent lawsuit by Terrance Ferguson for stealing his Milly Rock dance for Fortnite’s “Swipe It” emote, EPIC Games is in trouble once again. Alfonso Ribeiro, better known as Carlton from The Fresh Prince if Bel-Air finds Fortnite’s “Fresh” emote a little too close to his signature “Carlton Dance”.

According to him, he is in the process of filing a copyright complaint. Aside from the lawsuits Fortnite has never been doing better. It is the most played game of 2018 and it even hit the top charts in the adult film industry.
